Gators Suspend Operations We regret to report that the Chicago Gators have suspended baseball operations for the 2009 season. We would like to take this time and thanks all of the players that stepped on the field with us since 1999, both the tournaments teams and our regular season teams. Even though the Gators will not field a team for the summer of '09, there is still a chance they will compete at a tournament somewhere in the country. Check back for future updates and we look forward to resuming in the spring of 2010.

Thanks to ESPN The Gators would like to thank ESPN AM 1000 for coming aboard to sponsor near the end of the season. On July 31st, ESPN was kind enough to send a generous donation which included team T-shirts for all of the players and their devoted fans. We hope this relationship will carry over into 2008 and beyond.
